Nude and Blue Polka Dots

Hi loves! It's March 1st! Yay! I can't believe it's March already but I am super happy that it is, because now just 2 months and I'll be done school forever.

So the other day, when I was playing with my dotting tool, I thought I'd try out a look I had in my head. It didn't translate onto my nail as well as I would have liked, and I kind of hate it? But I figured I'd show it to you all anyways. I used 2 coats of OPI Samoan Sand as the base, then Sally Hansen Blue It, Orly Blue Collar, Nina Ultra Pro Blue Blaze and OPI Dating a Royal and dotted them on!

I don't know what it is about the design that I don't like...but it's something! Anyways, at least I tried it out. Oh well!

Thanks for reading lovelies! <3

  5. I think the reason you may not like it as much, is because this design would do better on longer nails. Nubbins can have a lot but because you've done both a vertical and horizontal line of dots it makes your nubbins look even shorter. Now don't get me wrong, you know I freaking LOVE your nubbins, but I am guessing this design just isn't made for it ;).

  7. I think it is great and I love the blues! I think I know what you mean about not liking it. I had a similar design in my head and could never get it to translate the same way on my nail. Your version is really nice though! I am going to try it.

  9. I like it, I think that it's different. The color choices are reall well picked and it doesn't look sloppy so A+ in my book.
